• Klyde Warren Park – A deck park over Woodall Rodgers Freeway, filled with fun events and food trucks. It’s an open area which sits across the street from the Dallas Museum of Art.

• Nasher Sculpture Center – Home to one of the finest collections of modern and contemporary sculptures in the world.

• Sixth Floor Museum – Chronicles the assassination and legacy of President John F. Kennedy in the building from which JFK was shot. Open Wed to Sun 10:00AM – 5:00PM. Admission- Adults: $27, Children: FREE.

• Southfork Ranch – Who shot J.R. Ewing? To find out, you’d have to watch the TV show Dallas, which aired from 1978 to 1991. But if you want to see where it was filmed, visit Southfork. Open 10:00AM – 5:00PM daily. Admission: Adults: $30, Children: FREE

• Bishop Arts District – One of Dallas’s most unique neighborhoods, Bishop Arts is home to over 60 independent boutiques, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and art galleries.

• Paradiso and Eden Bar- Southern-Europe inspired dishes served in their beautiful shaded garden or airy indoor space.

• Reveler’s Hall- Quaint but lively bar with bluesy music every day.

• Atlas – Intimate cocktail bar with quirky decor and drinks themed from all over the world.

• Eno’s Pizza Tavern – Excellent pizza, salads and great selection of beer, wine, and cocktails in a comfortable, open interior. Or dine on the sidewalk patio for great people watching.

• Deep Ellum – Entertainment district known for its vibrant street murals, long-time concert venues, restaurants, bars, and events.

• 9/11 Memorial – While in Grapevine, pause to reflect and remember the heroes of 9/11. This memorial sculpture honors the heroism of the 33 flight crew members who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

• Kate Weiser Chocolate- Beautiful chocolate bonbons in unique flavor combinations and profiles. They’re almost too pretty to eat.

Arlington

Home to the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers, this sports and entertainment area has a little something for everyone.
