It is the mandate of WARR to give 10% of the yearly proceeds to a local charity chosen by the Host Committee. This amount consists of WARR members' registration fees. We are honoured to be able to support a valuable cause in the local community. 2026 Fort Worth Charity is The CowTown Calf.
The Cowtown is a non-profit organization promoting health and fitness in the community. By running WARR 2026 in Fort Worth, runners are supporting The C.A.L.F.® (Children's Activities for Life & Fitness) Program which provides training and education to students regarding health and nutrition. The C.A.L.F. Program helps tens of thousands of North Texas area children lace-up and cross countless finish lines through training tools, quality running shoes, and financial grants to children in need.
